The Coyote Roadhouse is established on one of the first homesteads ever to be settled in the Flathead Valley during the late 1800s. The original Billy Moos homestead cabin remains to this day on this historical site.
The famous Coyote Roadhouse Restaurant was established in Bigfork Montana in 1986 and is still in operation today! Chef Gary Hastings, at 69 years old, cooks for private reservations that include small specialized weddings, business retreats and family reunions. The restaurant has achieved a Mobile Guide "***" rating, and is known as "Montana's best restaurant," according to travel and Leisure magazine. The restaurant continues to receive numerous cooking awards and writeups.
Executive Chef and owner Gary R. Hastings has been able to create a "true roadhouse" in the elegant country style of dining and lodging - all under the same roof! The Coyote Roadhouse Restaurant is open and available for reservation only. The Coyote Riverhouse Cabins and Lodge are available for rental to family reunions, couple getaways and specialized small weddings.
